I wanted to be popular

Sarah gazed intently at the glowing vial of orange liquid in her hand. Over the past year, she had dedicated herself to the art of potion brewing, delving into ancient recipes and mystical concoctions. Among these, she discovered a body transformation potion, a recipe that sparked a daring idea in her mind. She wanted to transform into one of the popular girls at school, specifically Victoria, known for her stunning beauty and charm. Sarah, while not unattractive, had always felt overshadowed by Victoria's popularity. She longed for a taste of that allure, that effortless grace that seemed to draw people to Victoria.

With meticulous care, Sarah prepared the potion, ensuring she followed the recipe to the letter. She knew the transformation would be temporary and planned accordingly. On the table beside her, she placed an extra potion, a concoction that would reverse the transformation and bring her back to her normal self. It was her safety net, her assurance that she could return to her life after experiencing the world through Victoria's eyes.

Taking a deep breath, Sarah uncorked the potion. “This is it,” she whispered. “I’m going to be her. I’m going to be Victoria.” The ideas of what she would do were making her even more nervous. She was unbelievably popular, to the point where guys were constantly chasing after her. Victoria was still single, so the idea that she could have any of the cutest guys at school made her hands tremble.

Gulping, she had one final ingredient to add – a small strand of blonde hair she had stealthily acquired from Victoria's car during class. As she dropped the hair into the vial, it fizzed and dissolved, causing the potion to change color. The liquid turned a bright pink, signaling that the transformation potion was ready.

With a mixture of eagerness and nervousness, Sarah brought the vial to her lips and drank its contents. The potion was sweet, with a tangy aftertaste that lingered on her tongue. She waited, her eyes wide with anticipation, for the transformation to begin. Suddenly, Sarah felt a wave of dizziness wash over her. She stumbled, falling to her hands and knees as the room spun around her. In her disoriented state, she knocked the table over, sending the other potion crashing to the floor. The glass shattered, the liquid seeping into the cracks of the hardwood.

At first, Sarah wasn't worried. She thought she could simply brew another potion to reverse the transformation. But then, she felt a strange sensation coursing through her body. Her skin began to ripple and contort, and she realized with horror that she was shrinking. Panic set in as Sarah's body started to change. 

She felt her bones rearranging, her features morphing into something lighter and slimmer. It was nothing like she had expected, especially as a ticklish sensation ran through her. However, instead of transforming into Victoria, she was becoming something else entirely – a small cat. The realization hit her hard – a cat had been in her car, so Sarah ended up grabbing the wrong strands.

Her perspective of the room quickly changed as she continued to shrink, the furniture towering over her like giants now. She tried to call out, to scream, but all that came out was a soft, feline mew. Her hands, now paws, clawed at the ground in confusion and fear. These were useless for potion brewing. To make things worse, her mind was starting to fail her too. Soon, she would actually think that she was a cat, and nobody would know otherwise.

They were too cute

Today was supposed to be the perfect start to Kayleigh's (left) weekend with her best friend, Millie (right). They had been sucking up the sun's rays at the local pool, and the last thing on their minds was work. They worked at a local retail store as cashiers, and after being overworked for nearly half a year straight, it was nice to finally get a chance to unwind. The day before on Friday, they spent the entire day getting their nails done at the local spa, and they even went on a light shopping spree to get ready for their two weeks off. But after noticing two dogs with overly big green collars, the two girls became distracted. They pulled themselves out of the pool and realized that their owner wasn't nearby. The two female dogs wagged their tails and followed them around, and Millie found herself struggling to keep her hands to herself. She crouched down and petted one of them, and that inevitably encouraged Kayleigh to join in.

They were the only people at the pool, so it wasn't like their owners were close. But when a flash of white light came from both of the green collars, the two girls realized something was happening. Both dogs began to growl and pant as the collars flashed again, and then the dogs stood up on their hind legs. Their cute eyes began to glow, and the two girls tried to back away from the blinding white light. They quickly looked at each other with uncertainty - neither of them knew what was happening, but when the blinding light ended, the girls were staring up at their damp bodies.

Kayleigh couldn't believe her eyes when she watched her body embrace Millie's. The two girls had somehow swapped bodies with the dogs, and all they could do was whine. "It actually worked," Kayleigh's body said. "That took way too long, though. I almost forgot who I was. I'm amazed that these were the only people who decided to be around us for a decent amount of time." With a loud click, the two collars around their necks fell, and the two body thieves immediately took them away. "Well, at least these need to get charged again. What do you think, Adam? Should we get these charged up?"

"We could definitely keep these bodies for another time," Millie's body said. "We'll swap with our own bodies back at the lab whenever. We have to document everything first. Besides, with any luck, the two girls will start to think they're actually dogs. I felt the same way too - the same thing might happen with these bodies, Sam."

"Well, let's head back to the lab and explore ourselves," Kayleigh's body said with a smirk. "We'll go back into our bodies if anything weird happens. I can't wait to actually play with these things. But we should definitely get rid of these dogs first. We can't let them have a chance to get these hot bodies back now that they know what we've done. These are good dog breeds, so it's not like we won't be able to find somebody wanting them. They're always in demand for puppy mills."

Kayleigh and Millie felt helpless in their dog bodies. It wouldn't be long before they'd learn that the two body thieves were criminals who would go on to regularly sell bodies on the black market. Unfortunately, they were also very good at covering their tracks. While Kayleigh and Millie's stolen bodies had their own fun, the trapped girls could feel their minds slowly becoming simpler and simpler.

Tricked by my dog

 

Bella, now inside of her owner’s body, smirked and crouched beside Klara as she barked at her. “Sit,” the body thief smiled. Klara did as she was told but then started barking again. “Oh, hush, or I might take out the bark collar on you.” Her former owner stopped barking and let out a whining sound while she was picked up and whisked away. 

The dog and her owner had swapped bodies when the body swap remote dropped out of her purse during their walk. Samantha had struggled through their business management class together, so she decided to steal Klara's assignment to make it her own. The teacher didn't know anything about it since the assignment wasn't submitted by Klara on time. Samantha successfully stole the assignment, forcing Klara to redo it for her own submission. She ended up getting late marks because of it, so she decided it was time to take a crack at her own revenge.

Klara's best friend, Mike, loved tinkering with things. And when he suggested using it to take control of Samantha's body, the sky was the limit for revenge plots. He brought the remote to her house and explained all the necessary steps. Klara was going to embarrass the classmate until the remote forced her to become her dog. It wasn't until much later when she made the horrible realization that Bella had been listening into their conversation on how to use the remote.

And now that Bella had her owner's body, she had no use for the remote anymore. The smart and former dog simply locked the remote up to give it back to Mike later on. "Maybe I'll reward him," Bella said upon returning home with Klara. She gave her a wink before placing the bark collar over Klara's neck. "There - now be a good girl and stay here. I have to go get comfortable in my new body."

Trapped by the dog

Thomas felt helpless as he stared up at his girlfriend’s body. “It’s not fun with the bark collar on, huh?” Kelci’s dog giggled as she looked over her shoulder. She playfully smirked at him. “Don’t worry, I’ll feed you eventually. But I’m going to have to lock you in your cage once your body comes home.”

Thomas hated this. Kelci’s dog, Shadow, was 17 years old, so he felt sore and tired. He knew he had to fix this before his girlfriend would come home. After Kelci and Thomas voluntarily swapped bodies using a body swapping remote prototype, they eagerly documented every little change in their personalities. They had headaches for the first day, but after the second and third day, they were able to relax and ease themselves into their new bodies. Kelci had to go to work in his body, so Thomas stayed behind and explored his female body. He explored every nook and cranny, and he found himself wanting to extend the swap.

He didn’t expect Shadow to have sinister plans in mind. When the golden retriever used the remote to switch bodies with Thomas, he was dumbfounded at the intelligence of the animal. “Being human’s amazing. I can’t wait for Kelci to switch back so I can have your male body.” Shadow easily dragged Thomas into his cage in the other room and locked the door. The ex-human struggled to break free, but when Kelci finally came home, he knew that he wouldn’t be able to stop her dog from stealing his life.

My neighbor's machine

Chester happily licked the chocolate ice cream and felt it melting down his human hand. Alice sat on the sidewalk and helplessly watched her body devour the fourth ice cream cone today. “Is it good?” Brad asked Alice’s old body while he stroked her hair. Chester smiled and nodded. “Good ‘girl,’ Alice. Good ... you need more weight. You’ll love so much better.”

Alice growled angrily while her human body grew more and more attached to him. Brad was her asshole neighbor who loved to do science experiments. When she walked by his garage the previous day, he called her over to test a remote control out on her. She had been walking her golden retriever at the time when she swapped bodies with her pet.

And now Brad was getting on her dog’s good side. Alice dreaded the thought of what he would do once her dog would become loyal to him. Her neighbor was always a weirdo, and she had a terrible feeling run through her dog body when she noticed Chester smirking at her.
